The purpose of the Krakow conference is to exchange knowledge and experience of BSS sector management.

For the first time during the BSS Tour, a workshop session for Team Leaders from the GBS and SSC operational centers will be organized.

GBS Talks 4.0 is an event focused on the modern business services sector. In particular on companies working in GBS, SSC and CoE business models.
