The BSS Tour Częstochowa: Employer Branding in BSS is the fifth meeting this year carried out as part of a nationwide cycle of conferences organized by the Pro Progressio Foundation. This time, we will focus on the topic of building an Employer Branding in the world of business services. Representatives of the Modern Business Services sector, Shared Services Centres, outsourcing companies as well as businesses where such activities are being offered to a business client and constitute a solid foundation of their activity have been invited to the discussion. The aim of the conference is to comprehensively show what the process of building a company's brand consists of from the perspective of both the candidates and the clients. Practical examples of the case studies are to answer the following questions: why the topic of Employer Branding has become so important and what benefits does it offer?

The BSS Tour Częstochowa aims to discover, describe and bring up the area of issues related to activities that are to increase the attractiveness of the company in the eyes of current and potential candidates and perceive it as a career-friendly environment. The order of discussion panels and their issues will lead the participants through a number of areas in which image-related activities are implemented, thus giving a comprehensive picture of the subject of EB. Starting from the theoretical and practical knowledge on the example of a global corporation, through the distribution of the candidate & employee experience, debates about benefits for employees and office arrangements, ending with presentations in the field of brand monitoring in the network and activities in social media.

  • CEO of Lightness and blogger at CandidateExperience.pl. One of the first consultants in Poland focused on matters of employer branding, she has been sharing her expertise in this space for over 13 years. Founder of EBMASTERS, a national community for employer branding professionals and Employer Branding Postgraduate Studies at the renowned AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Her varied experience helps her empathise with the needs of candidates, clients and recruiters alike. From 2011 she has conducted over 100 educational projects in field of employer branding across Poland. Zyta regularly speaks at industry events and appears on the jury of both HR and EB awards. She believes that every company can afford to be a better employer.

  • In years 2007-12 in the role of the Sales Director of the Warsaw region he managed the largest local sales department of "Gazeta Wyborcza" and Gazeta.pl in Poland. Since 2012, as the Sales Director of the Praca Competence Center, part of which was the GazetaPraca.pl brand, introduced changes aimed at the further development of the Agora's advertising business, as well as full consultancy in the field of employer branding. In the years 2014-2015 he was the Managing Director of the Praca Competence Center, responsible for all of Agora's recruitment businesses. After Agora took over the majority of shares in GoldenLine, he was responsible for the merger of GazetaPraca.pl with GoldenLine.pl. From 2016 to 2018, as the GoldenLine Board Member, he was responsible for direct sales, ecommerce & lead generation, User and Custromer Care as well as PR & Communications. From January 2018, he took the position of Commercial & Employer Branding Director Head of Pracownia_EB. In 2017, he was awarded the title of Business Tiger of the Pro Progressio Foundation.

With TA Team encouraged the business to test the limits by dressing cows in suits and emphasize the difference between culture of work in Arla GSS and stereotypical corporate world.

  • Strategist EB/Art Director, Pracownia_EB
  • A Media and Market Sociologist, professionally associated with the HR sector for nine years. He carried out recruitment projects in the finance and law sectors for clients of the personnel consulting agency. Next. as Recruitment Advisor at Humanway, he implemented and developed the first Polish ATS - an online system supporting recruitment. Since 2012, he has been working for Grupa Agora SA, currently the full role of EB's Strategist and Creative Director in the GoldenLine sub-brand - Pracownia EB. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, for several years he regularly performs during the Kongres Kadry, HR Factor, IRC by SAZ, EB Masters, EB Leaders Trainings and many others. His articles and opinions are published by such media as Personel Plus, Personel i Zarządzanie, BRIEF, PRoto.pl or Gazeta Wyborcza. In 2014, he presented the original definition of employer branding, which was included in the dictionary of key concepts in the NowyMarketing.pl website. Several times he hosted, as an expert on TOK fm radio, in the "Boss Zone" broadcast.

  • She is with Kinnarps since 2004. Kinnarps Polska - a company owned by the Swedish concern – Kinnarps AB is the largest European supplier of solutions for workspace. Since 2010, Maria takes care of employee development strategy and intra-company communication in Poland. She is an expert of “Kinnarps Next Office” concept aimed to assist companies with workplace optimisation process. She got involved in creating a modern work space for over 40 clients and conducted workshops for over 1000 people. Her areas of interest include challenges of contemporary intellectual work environment such as social and technology trends, studies, change management and ergonomics in a broad sense.

  • Graduated from the Częstochowa University of Technology, from 2002 to 2007, a councillor of Częstochowa City, from 2007 to 2010 a deputy of the Republic of Poland parliament. In 2010 he became the youngest president in the history of Częstochowa; in 2014 elected for the second term. During his presidency, Częstochowa became a city of two Special Economic Zones (Euro-Park Mielec and Katowice Special Economic Zone); opened for the investors and innovative; focused on development, with a large share of UE funds; co-governed with the residents (participatory budget) and caring about their safety (many health programmes). Krzysztof Matyjaszczyk received the title of Authority - Construction and Silesian Economy for "creativity and professionalism in organizing the financing and implementation of the investment development programme of the Częstochowa City.
