The BSS Tour Bydgoszcz: HR Customer Experience is the conference inaugurating the third edition of the national cycle The BSS Tour: Poland, conducted by the Pro Progressio Foundation. The dynamically changing labour market and a lot of interest in the subject of building the image of an employer have inspired the organizers to reflect on the role of employee experience and emotions induced by brands represented by employees.

The strong pillars of Employee Experience Management have a direct impact on customer experience management. It is the employees that are the main brand ambassadors and build relations and their external perception. Strengthening the above mentioned relations affects the positive image, as well as the strong position of a company on the market.

The aim of the event is also to show the city's role in building an optimal work environment, both in terms of investment and administration.
